Return Eligibility
ou may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The request is made within 2 days of receiving the item
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Print-on-demand or customized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email at alluriquemart@gmail.com within the eligible return period
- Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item (if defective/damaged)
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Note: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Shipping For Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [2–7 business days]

- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
If you need an exchange, contact us with your order details and ePrint-On-Demand Products
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items:
- Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or incorrect products
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all custom details (designs, text, sizes) are accurate before placing an ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of placing the order
- Orders already processed or in production (especially print-on-demand) cannot be canceled
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
